An athypic coloration

Sugar Rush Peach pepper is a pepper type "Aji" from Peru. Botanically classified as Capsicum baccatum, the Rush SugarPeach is considered a rare pepper because of its unique pale peach coloration. It is much sweeter than most other peppers, hence its name (sugar peach in French).

Sugar Rush Peach is a kind of pepper that produces long peach-colored fruit and is full of sweet tropical flavors.
This new variety comes from a free pollination, ie that the base of this variety was made involuntarily by adventurous pollinating insects buzzing between different varieties of peppers.

The result: an early variety and very high yields for delicious sweet peppers that will be perfect candidates for making stuffed peppers. However, its ripening time is quite long before reaching its characteristic peach color.
Rush Sugar Peach is surely our most fun and easy to grow variety!
